During Women's History Month, 

During Women's History Month, we recognize and celebrate the vital role and contributions of women in American history. Here at RCC, we are grateful for the foresight and dedication of now-retired teacher and principal Midge Renton who saw a need for access to higher education in this community and helped organize to establish our college in 1971.

Midge was a founding board member and served on the RCC board for 28 years. She then continued to serve on the RCC Foundation board of directors, including two terms as president, and continues to serve on a foundation advisory board.

Thanks, Midge, for helping to plant the seed that grew to become RCC and for your 50+ years of support. You've earned your seat in RCC history!
