#MeetTheLakers introduces OCCI culinary student and SWOCC Foundation scholarship recipient, Coltyn Howeth. In his own words: “I am very passionate about the culinary industry and I would like to one day make a name for myself in the long legacy of chefs and cooks alike. Working in kitchens for me is like an escape from the personal and familiar dilemmas of life that we all know too well. I believe everybody needs something to take their mind off their own problems.
