The City of Lakeside Planning Commission will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21st, 2022.

  1. Public Hearing – PAR2021-02 Mast (Continuation from 3 February 2022) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Lakeside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Lakeside City Hall, 915 North Lake Road, Lakeside, Oregon beginning at 6:00 p.m., February 3rd, 2022. The public hearing will be held to review proposal PAR2021-02 Mast on property located west of Hilltop Drive in Lakeside OR Map 23S13W13D-907. The proposal is to be allowed to partition, in the Multifamily Residential (M-R) zone. Written comments will be received until the date of the public hearing at City Hall 915 North Lake Road, P.O. Box L, Lakeside, OR 97449. The criteria for interpretation will be Lakeside Ordinance 194, Sections 2.100, 2.400, 2.500, 2.600, 3.250, 4.100 and Article 7, all subject to Ordinance 168, Sec.1.030 Interpretation. At the above said public hearing, the general public and any interested person or party shall be afforded an opportunity to offer evidence and testimony in favor of or opposed to the granting of the above request. Failure of an issue to be raised in a hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal based on that issue. A copy of the application, all documents or evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least 7 days prior to the hearing and will be provided at reasonable cost. Submitted testimony on the application must be directed toward the criteria above, or other criteria in Lakeside’s Comprehensive Plan or land use regulation that the party believes should be applied to the decision. Testimony and evidence may be submitted in person or in writing, and each person will be allowed to testify only once. Commissioners may ask questions of those providing testimony. Prior to the conclusion of the initial hearing, any participant may request an opportunity to present additional evidence, arguments or testimony regarding the application.
