Of the 4,449 people living in Tri-City CDP in 2020, 41.7 percent (1,854) were women and 58.3 percent (2,595) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Coast Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 284. In the 65 and over age range, there were 557 females and 736 males.
